Every time I open the app, an update error pops up saying access was denied because of regional limits. Tapping retry does nothing. It worked in December, but since January this keeps blocking me.

I could not review my order before paying and the app added a tip I never chose. The restaurant said they could not change it and insisted the order went through an outside delivery service, even though I ordered in their app. I got a refund eventually, but my family will not order delivery here again.

They just hand your order off to a third-party delivery service. It took close to 45 minutes to find a driver. Hard not to wonder whether tips are being split with the person who actually delivers.
